Is the AI a therapist?
No. CoachScale provides coaching support, not therapy or medical advice. Your AI companion is supervised by your human recovery coach. For clinical care, please work with a licensed therapist.
Can my coach see my conversations?
Yes. Your certified recovery coach can review all conversations between you and the AI. This is by design — it's how they provide better, more informed coaching.
How do I get an account?
CoachScale requires an invitation from a certified recovery coach. Ask your coach to send you an invite link, then download the app and register with the same email address.
Is my data private?
We take privacy seriously. Your data is encrypted, never sold to advertisers, and only visible to your coach and platform administrators. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What recovery pathways do you support?
CoachScale supports 12-step, SMART Recovery, secular recovery, faith-based recovery, Refuge Recovery, and more. Your coach selects the pathway that matches your approach.
